Yeah. KTP is traditional and great club from Kotka. In this year KTP spend their 80. birthday. In year 2000 KTP was playing named Kotkan TP. Kotkan TP dropped from Veikkausliiga and was going to bankruptcy. KTP's "farm team" KooTeePee played in 3. division, but in same year they rised to 2. division. Simsalabim! KooTeePee was team number one in Kotka.

Nowadays FC KooTeePee and KTP are different organisations. KooTeePee playing in Veikkausliiga, KTP in 3. division. Teams got same colours.. FC KooTeePee is horrible name and that logo.. It's looked chicken who has got birdflu. Some people in Kotka wanted that KooTeePee-name and logo going to history and name KTP bringing back to the Veikkausliiga.

It will be interesting to see how Kabba Samura integrates with the rest of the team, and if he lives up to the potential he showed in Championship Manager 2000-2001.

^^Two KTP/KooTeePee-fans doings music, theme is football and of course KTP. Songs are finnish, but you should download. 'Seppo Paananen' is song about KTP's chairman, Seppo Paananen. 'KTP tai kuolema' means to english 'KTP or death'. It's very good song and maybe litlle bit popular in Kotka. That is song what KTP/KooTeePee-fans sing in KooTeePee's home matches.

well obviously KooTeePee plays in Veikkausliiga and not KTP. the vowel team link should be among the league clubs and not a 3rd division team link. the KTP link can still be on the links section somewhere further down, me thinks. do whatever you prefer.

Just a brief version. The present chairman of AC Oulu Matti Heikkinen was about step down around August, as it seemed highly unlikely that AC would win the much-coveted promotion. Thus, he signed a pre-agreement with a consortium led by Mr Miika Juntunen that would see the consortium, Oulun jalkapallon tuki ry, take over at the end of the season. However, the inevitable ( ) happened and Mr Heikkinen's mind somehow changed. Thus, he signed a contract extension with Mr Kampman that was, according to Mr Juntunen, out of this world and the consortium felt that they could not proceed with the pre-agreement. As a result Mr Heikkinen was back in charge. However, the consortium never registered their company and some argue that the pre-agreement was therefore unbinding. Finally Mr Juntunen tried to get a court verdict for AC Oulu to be declared bankrupt, but it fell through as he was the only debtor and the payment schedule was agreed back in May.

Anyway, I didn’t watch it. I did a bit of Friday night manwhoring instead. I went to the pub, found a punter (championship football this time, but I’m not picky) and had my wicked way.

On Thursday I looked across from the Sunnyside at the main stand. Apart from the block containing Sinikaarti, the main stand looked at best half full probably less. It's a bit of a sorry sight. Now at Tammela, a couple of hundred home fans singing and 50 or so KTP supporters would have made a decent noise. At Ratina they got lost.

Great story about good old Tammela there.
You Sinikaarti boys should make a loud and visible statement on the matter..
