FAN ID in electronic formDear fan
If you still have not received your FAN ID in laminated form, to enter the Russian Federation, you can download your FAN ID in electronic form.
To do this, you need to go to the
"Application" section on the website
www.fan-id.ru, select "Forgot the FAN ID application number or need to download your FAN ID in electronic form", in the new window enter the details of the passport that you used when applying for your FAN ID and the characters and download your FAN ID in electronic form in PDF format.
FAN ID PERSONAL DATA Please carefully check the personal data in your FAN ID. It will allow you to avoid any delay when boarding your flight and crossing the State Border of the Russian Federation.
IMPORTANT! Your personal data in the FAN ID (all components of your surname and first name(s) in Latin, your sex, date of birth, citizenship, passport number)
MUST BE the same as in the passport that will be used to enter Russia. The letters of the national alphabet are usually replaced in accordance with the following algorithm: Ń - N, Ü - UE, Ö - OE, Ø - OE, Ä - AE, Æ - AE, ß - SS, Ç - C, Ð - D, Þ - PH, Å – AA, but a different algorithm can be used, so please check if they are shown exactly like in the machine-readable line at the bottom of the personal data page of your passport.
If you find a mistake in your surname or first name(s), you must apply for a new FAN ID on our website
www.fan-id.ru using the same ticket or order number and specifying the correct data.
If you have changed your passport, you must make changes to your FAN ID application. Please contact
visa@fan-id.ru specifying your FAN ID application number and attaching a copy of your current passport.

ENTRY INTO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Both FAN IDs in electronic form and FAN IDs in laminated form entitle foreign spectators of UEFA EURO 2020™ matches in Saint Petersburg to multiple entry to the Russian Federation without a visa subject to presenting a valid identity document recognised as such by the Russian Federation (
passport) over the period from 00:00 on 29 May to 23:59 on 2 July 2021 (local Russian time).
IMPORTANT! When boarding an international flight to a destination in the Russian Federation and when crossing the State Border of the Russian Federation, one needs to present the following documents:
1. A valid identity document recognised as such by the Russian Federation (passport). The national ID card cannot be used to enter Russia, only the passport.
2. A
FAN ID issued for the passport. If a FAN ID in electronic form is used to enter the Russian Federation, we recommend printing it out on an A4-size sheet to present it to check in and board the plane.
3. A medical document (in Russian or in English) confirming the negative result of a
COVID-19 PCR test of one’s material collected no earlier than three calendar days before one’s arrival in the Russian Federation*. This can be presented in printed or in electronic form with the data being easily legible.
If the medical document cannot be presented in Russian or in English, it can be presented in the official language of the state of registration of the organisation that has issued it with its translation into Russian the accuracy of which is certified by a consular official of the Russian Federation.
Please note your travel time to Russia, we recommend you take the COVID-19 PCR test closer to your departure.
4. An
application form for those who are on flights to the Russian Federation for border crossing.
Before arriving in the Russian Federation, for the purposes of ensuring the sanitary and quarantine control at the Russian Federation ports of entry, one needs to complete an application form for those who are on flights to the Russian Federation for border crossing

To save time, we recommend printing it double sided and completing it before arrival in the Russian Federation. During the flight, the flight attendants may provide this form.
IMPORTANT! Please note that the check-in may take longer than usual. We recommend that you arrive at the airport in advance. Follow the airport sanitary and epidemiological requirements. Wear masks, gloves, and maintain social distancing.
If you travel to the Russian Federation through the territories of other countries, please check their transit rules and COVID-19 restrictions. If you need a transit visa or any additional documents, please make sure you obtain these well in advance.
* The citizens of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union who enter the Russian Federation from the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic through the Russian Federation airports determined by the Government of the Russian Federation shall confirm a negative COVID-19 PCR test using the Путешествую без COVID-19 (Travel without COVID-19) mobile application.

ACCESSING THE STADIUM IMPORTANT! A FAN ID in electronic form DOES NOT entitle you to access the stadium.
To access the stadium, the spectator must have a FAN ID in laminated form and a ticket for the match.
To obtain a FAN ID in laminated form, you must visit one of the FAN ID Distribution Centres and bring the original of the passport which was used when submitting the FAN ID application.
