Onko nyt luvassa kokemuksen tuomaa johtajuutta vai jotain ihan muuta?
I've watched a few EFC games. To be honest, it all seems very suspicious to me. Many of the club's players seem to be dissatisfied with the club's management. Especially when it comes to player selection. Let’s start with the goalkeepers.
At first, the team played with Gurkan Salici in goal. Despite one or two mistakes, this goalkeeper was responsible for EFC's win against HPS and the draw against Ilves where he delivered an outstanding and solid performance. You can think what you want about him, but he kept the team in the game in many situations.
Then the team signed Alex Belfur, who played directly in the match against PPJ, the performance left something to be desired, not only because of the goalkeeper but because the players simply do not understand the system and due to lack of fitness.
In between, Noel Heib played in his first game for EFC and he looked relatively bad, but against NJS he definitely secured the point for EFC.
Now Leonid Groza joins, first game - we all know the result, but the goalkeeper can't do much about it, as the defense is a complete disaster.
I'm curious to see who the next goalkeeper will be.
Defense:
With Lauri Merikoski, EFC has a very good defender who often delivers a solid performance but is also often left alone by his teammates.
Harry Kosigbo isn't a trained defender, I assume, but he's a clear weak point for the team, otherwise he's very strong in the air. Probably only on the pitch, as he seems to be in very good stamina.
Luka Heiskanen He also appears to be a weak point in defense, but more effective than Kosigbo. He has trouble building up play from the behind. Under pressure, he tends to make unnecessary passes into the middle, but I would prefer him as a winger.
Vitaly Nacu is a complete disaster, never holding his position. He's always where he's not needed. I mean, anyone who saw his last game can only agree with me.
Also new is a football legend named Victor Sevcenko a man of rank and reputation. A strong defensive player. There is nothing wrong with him.
I think I will not go into all of them now.
Midfield: Benjamin Thurling An experienced player with excellent analytical skills. However, his teammates don't seem to understand his game.I think there is more to him than we currently see.I also think that EFC will soon be able to say goodbye to this person.
Robin Leskinen: Fast and agile, but here too the strikers and wingers in particular do not understand their role.
The team’s Strikers are a complete disaster, There is no quality up front, except for maybe Matias Viitanen, who, however, took a break after receiving a red card in the last game.
It will be interesting to see how this all develops.
