he has had maybe 1 and a half good seasons for us and has been mediocre or poor otherwise. He was easily our worse player in the Europa game.
The poor man's Pirlo. Typifies the mediocrity of Milan of the last few years under the previous management. Montolivo can not be a starter for Milan if we are to challenge for a CL place.
He can't be a starter for any team with cl or Europa ambitions. He's a mid table player and has no place at Milan.
The worst long serving captain this team has ever had.
The only place this fodder was good, was in FM games. He was always overrated, and at no point in his career was he ever close to being world class.
Hope we don't spend to much time this season, slowly phasing him out of the team just because he is captain.

it may not seem like it at most times but he absolutely slows us down and is the root cause of our inability to break down teams.
Not to mention the shit he pulled when Seedorf was the coach..
